CASTEC was founded in March 2005. Since its establishment, it has focused on "factory automation" as its main business project and continues to this day. It mainly provides solutions for smart factories in the semiconductor industry, from the wafer manufacturing process to the IC final testing. Customers need to carry out whole-factory planning and integrate various AMHS (Automatic Material Handling System) solutions with CIM systems to provide complete services for semiconductor factory upgrades. In order to meet the various needs of customers, our company first uses standardized products as the basic structure, then adjusts according to the actual conditions on-site to carry out customized design, development, and manufacturing of differentiated parts.

  Following the wave of Industry 4.0 development, connecting various work sections in the factory intelligently will be an important direction for the company's transformation and upgrading. Therefore, CASTEC cooperated with the American company Adept in 2012 to introduce various types of advanced robot technologies, and developed i-Operator, a semi-humanoid robot product specifically designed for semiconductor factories, and successfully introduced it into the semiconductor industry.
